| 1100h – 1300h | Food & Drink | Delicious home-made soup, freshly baked rolls, teas and coffees available for sale at An Cridhe. |
| 1245h | Transport for 5k & 10k | Lifts to 5k and 10k starting points from An Cridhe. |
| 1300h | Half Marathon Walk | Start from Calmac Ferry Pier, finish at An Cridhe. |
| 1345h | Warm Up | For Half Marathon & Kids’ Race runners, Calmac Ferry Pier. |
| 1400h | Half Marathon | Start from Calmac Ferry Pier, finish at An Cridhe. |
| 1400h | 10k Race | Starts at Totronald car park, finish at An Cridhe. Please be at the Community Centre by 12.30 if you require a lift to the start. |
| 1400h | 5k Race | Starts at Grishipol wind turbines, finish at An Cridhe. Please be at the Community Centre by 12.30 if you require a lift to the start. |
| 1410h | 1k Kids’ Race | Starts from Calmac Ferry Pier, finish at An Cridhe. |
| 1500h – 0100h | Bar opens | Fine wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks. |
| 1500h – 1900h* | Barbecue | Grab a bite to eat from the barbecue. Food to suit all tastes. *Available till 1900h or when food runs out. |
| 1800h | Awards Ceremony | Presentation of winners trophies. |

| 0100h | Close | Bar closes and Ceilidh finishes. |
| 0900h (Sunday) | Breakfast & Local Market | Runners’ breakfasts served at An Cridhe. Local market stalls with souvenirs, gifts and home produce at Community Centre. Post Office will also be open from 10 am till 1pm for postal services, gifts and bike hire (special marathon rate of £15 for the morning). |
